In 1986, AMERICAN PAN® COMPANY was formed to meet the worldwide demand for new pans in the commercial baking industry. The 1995 acquisition of Bundy Industries, a bread pan manufacturer near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania resulted in the extension of our manufacturing capabilities. The combination of these two manufacturing facilities enables us to produce custom designed baking pans of virtually every configuration, as well as large orders of stock pans for a variety of products. American Pan®’s latest business venture was the formation of the USA Pan brand, a premium line of bakeware for the home.
