AMERICOAT® Plus Statement of Quality
AMERICOAT® Plus, the proprietary glaze used on all Pan Glo®, American Pan® and Chicago Metallic pans, is formulated and applied to conform with FDA regulations and is permitted for use in contact with food as detailed in the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and all applicable regulations including 21CFR 175.300.
