The ePAN^® is constructed of high tensile strength aluminized steel which creates a pan that is up to 35% lighter and cools up to 17% faster than traditional pans.

The e²PAN is constructed of high tensile strength aluminized steel but also incorporates a high-strength aluminized steel channel in the perimeter band to decrease pan weight by up to 50% and accelerate pan band cooling by up to 25%.
